Warrior Names Former Princeton Star

As Head of Women's Division

     Warrior Lacrosse has recently named former Princeton All American and U.S. Women's team member Crista Samaras as head of it's Women's Division. 

      Samaras is a three time All American, two time Ivy League Player of the Year, and is a member of the U.S. National team. She was an assistant coach at Yale University in 2000 and 2001, and Head Coach at New York's Trinity High School in 2002. 

    As Warrior Lacrosse continues to develop new products and innovations for the women's game, Crista's expertise as a player and coach will certainly be an asset.

    Warrior Lacrosse has two new women's sticks for 2003.  The Jett is their newest stick.  The Jett features the "Flip Pocket" designed to keep the ball at the top of the stick.  Tricks, stick work, passing/catching and shooting are easier with the Jett.  Watch for it in a center circle near you.

     Warrior's other new stick is The Vixen.  This is a versatile stick with the Warrior "Diamond Pocket" featuring the "Up-Top" pocket system.  It's scoop is super curved, making it easier to pick up ground balls.
